reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Financial Holding Companies (Withdrawal of Designation) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 April 2024.

reg 2Withdrawal of designation

The designation of Singapore Life Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202020546N) as a designated financial holding company for the purposes of the Act is withdrawn.

reg 3Amendment of Financial Holding Companies (Designated Financial Holding Companies) Order 2022

In the Financial Holding Companies (Designated Financial Holding Companies) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 519/2022), in the Schedule, delete item 3.
