In the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013, in section 43(5A)(a), replace “AML/CFT authority as defined in section 152 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186)” with “AML/CFT/CPF authority as defined in section 17(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022”.
