Register of registered inspectors
(1)
The Commissioner must keep and maintain a register in which must be entered the names and prescribed particulars of all persons registered under section 6 as registered inspectors.
(2)
The register of registered inspectors must be kept and maintained at the office of the Commissioner and must be available for inspection by any person without charge at such time as that office is open for business.[4
