Amendment of section 27
Section 27 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “buildings” in subsection (1), the words “or in relation to relevant pipelines”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “building” in subsection (2)(a), the words “or the person for whom the relevant pipeline works are being carried out, as the case may be,”.
