Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “in” in subsection (3)(b)(i) and substituting the words “in relation to”;

(b)

by deleting “$500” in subsection (5) and substituting “$1,000”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “day” in subsection (5), the words “or part thereof”.
