Exempt mixtures containing petroleum or flammable material or both

The storage or keeping of any mixture with a flashpoint of more than 60°C containing either any petroleum, any one or more flammable materials, or both petroleum and any one or more flammable materials, shall be exempt from the requirement of a licence under section 78 of the Act and the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations, but only if it does not contain any scheduled chemical.
