Regulation 7

For the avoidance of doubt, the dispensing of petroleum or flammable material in or on any premises shall be exempt from the requirements that dispensing be carried out in or on licensed premises and in accordance with the provisions of the storage licence for the licensed premises and the conditions specified therein (under section 81(a) and (b) of the Act, respectively) if, throughout the duration of that dispensing, the storage or keeping of petroleum and flammable materials in or on those premises remains exempt from the requirement for a licence under section 78 of the Act and the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations.
