Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Composition of Offences) Rules.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Director-General in accordance with section 18(1) of the Act:
any offence under the Act except section 12; and
any offence under any rules made under the Act.
