reg 1Citation and commencement

These Rules are the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of rule 6A

In the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules (R 4), in rule 6A(1), delete “Parts I and II of”.

reg 3Amendment of First Schedule

In the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules, in the First Schedule —

(a)

replace the Schedule reference with —“Rules 2, 3 and 6A(1)”;

(b)

in Part I, delete the Part heading; and

(c)

delete Part II (including Plan C).
