In the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules, in the First Schedule —

(a)

replace the Schedule reference with —“Rules 2, 3 and 6A(1)”;

(b)

in Part I, delete the Part heading; and

(c)

delete Part II (including Plan C).
