These Regulations are the Foreign Employee Dormitories (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016.
Compoundable offences
Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 7(3), 11(3), 13(6), 15(3), 18(4), 20(5) or (6) or 26(1) or (3) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 28 of the Act.
