Regulation 22

Matters prescribed under section 100(2) for appeals to Minister under section 93

For the purposes of section 100(2), an appeal under section 93 must be —

(a)

addressed to the Appeals Secretary; and

(b)

sent —

(i)

by email to MHA_PDD_RRP@mha.gov.sg; or

(ii)

by registered post to the Minister for Home Affairs, New Phoenix Park, 28 Irrawaddy Road, Singapore 329560.
