Disclosure of reportable political donations mentioned in section 63(1)(c) and (d) — extended deadline for initial reporting period
For the purposes of section 63(1)(c) and (d), a disclosure of reportable political donations for the period from 29 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) —
(a)
must be given to the competent authority no later than 31 January 2025; and
(b)
may be given together with a disclosure of reportable political donations for the year 2024.
