Class 4 must‑carry direction
A Class 4 must‑carry direction may require the proprietor of a proscribed online location to communicate or distribute a mandatory message in the direction —
(a)
on the proscribed online location; and
(b)
in a way specified in the direction to all end‑users in Singapore who access the proscribed online location at any time after a time specified in the Class 4 must‑carry direction.
