Exemption
Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of any of the following flags at the Bayfront Event Space, 12A Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018970 from 19 August 2026 to 29 August 2026 (both dates inclusive), if the display of the flags is in connection with the IVF World Sprints Championships 2026:
the national flag of Argentina;
the national flag of Australia;
the national flag of Brazil;
the national flag of Canada;
the national flag of Chile;
the national flag of Fiji;
the national flag of France;
the national flag of Germany;
the national flag of Japan;
the national flag of Malaysia;
the national flag of New Zealand;
the national flag of Papua New Guinea;
the national flag of Peru;
the national flag of the Philippines;
the national flag of Samoa;
the national flag of Tonga;
the national flag of the United Kingdom;
the national flag of the United States of America;
the flag of American Samoa;
the Chinese Taipei (Olympic) flag;
the flag of the Cook Islands;
the flag of French Polynesia;
the flag of Guam;
the flag of Hawaii;
the flag of Hong Kong;
the flag of New Caledonia;
(za)the flag of Rapa Nui;
(zb)the flag of Wallis and Futuna.
