Regulation 2
Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of any flag specified in the fourth column of the Schedule, if the display of the flag is —
(a)
in connection with the conduct of the event specified opposite the flag in the first column of that Schedule;
(b)
on the dates specified opposite the flag in the second column of that Schedule; and
(c)
at the venue specified opposite the flag in the third column of that Schedule.
