Citation
This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Specified Sporting Events — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2026.
Exemption
Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of any flag specified in the fourth column of the Schedule, if the display of the flag is —
in connection with the conduct of the event specified opposite the flag in the first column of that Schedule;
on the dates specified opposite the flag in the second column of that Schedule; and
at the venue specified opposite the flag in the third column of that Schedule.
