14O. Free trade zone cargo handlers to give information on movement of goods

An FTZ cargo handler at a free trade zone must give to the Director-General the information obtained by the FTZ cargo handler under section 14N(2), in the form and manner and within the time specified by the Director-General.

“free trade zone” means any area declared to be a free trade zone under section 3(1);
Any FTZ cargo handler who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
