Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Free Trade Zones (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 March 2024.
Compoundable offences
An offence under section 10A(1), (2), (3) or (4), 14A(2), 14F(3), 14H(4), 14I(4), 14J(2), 14K(3), 14L(4), 14M(4), 14N(3), 14O(2), 14S(3), 14T(4), 14U(2), 14W(3), 14Y(1) or (2), 14Z (in relation to paragraph (a), (b) or (c)) or 16A(6) or (7) of the Act may be compounded by the Director‑General in accordance with section 23A of the Act.
