This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Prescribed Goods) Notification 1969.

(1)
Section 5(2)(b) of the Act does not apply to the goods specified in the Schedule.
(2)
The Director-General may allow the goods to be temporarily stored in a free trade zone pending removal to a Government warehouse or other approved premises licensed under the Customs Act 1960.
