Prescribed goods

Subregulation 1

Section 5(2)(b) of the Act does not apply to the goods specified in the Schedule.

Subregulation 2

The Director-General may allow the goods to be temporarily stored in a free trade zone pending removal to a Government warehouse or other approved premises licensed under the Customs Act 1960.
