—(1) After considering any application under section 73, the Authority may —(a)on payment of a fee (if prescribed), grant approval to the supplier of —(i)any gaming machine mentioned in section 72(a); (ii)any gaming machine game mentioned in section 72(b); and(iii)any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine mentioned in section 72(c),which is the subject of the application; or(b)refuse to grant the approval.(2) An approval granted under this section —(a)for a gaming machine includes an approval of the gaming machine games installed in the gaming machine unless the Authority otherwise specifies in the approval; and (b)for a gaming machine and any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine applies to all gaming machines and peripheral equipment for a gaming machine, respectively, of that same kind.

(1)
