Maintenance of records from requisite surveillance system
The licensee who is authorised under a licence to provide a gambling service in any approved gambling venue to which this Part applies must keep each recording made using the requisite surveillance system for a period of —
at least 28 days after the date the recording is made unless paragraph (b) applies;
at least 21 days after the date the recording is made, if the approved gambling venue is premises where betting connected with a sporting event happening in Singapore or elsewhere (but not a horse or pony race at a racecourse) takes place and a live broadcast of the sporting event is not provided at those premises; or
at least 14 days after the date the recording is made, with the Authority’s express permission in an exceptional case.
