Regulation 25
Failure to comply with time limits, etc.
Subregulation 1
The initial decision‑maker concerned may refuse any reconsideration application —
(a)
that is incomplete.(b)that is not made in accordance with this Part; or
(c)
if the applicant fails to comply with the initial decision‑maker’s request for information or documents under regulation 24(1).
Subregulation 2
The initial decision‑maker concerned may disregard any document or other thing given to the initial decision‑maker after the expiry of the time limit for the giving of the document or other thing imposed by this Part or under any provision of this Part.
