Regulation 5

For the purposes of section 53(2)(d) of the Act, a section 53 application by a section 53 applicant must be accompanied by a section 63 application for the place or premises to be an approved gambling venue for the section 53 applicant to provide a gambling service which is the subject of the section 53 application, and the section 53 applicant must also be a section 63 applicant.
