Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 September 2022.
Compoundable offence
An offence under section 8(2) of the Act (but not a continuing offence under that section) is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 43 of the Act.
