Citation and commencement

Gas (Connections to and Use of Key Facilities, etc.) Regulations 2025 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation GA-S455-2025 2001, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2001.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Gas (Connections to and Use of Key Facilities, etc.) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.
Prescribed wharfs and jetties
The wharfs and jetties prescribed for the purposes of section 38B of the Act are specified in the First Schedule.
Prescribed periods
The periods prescribed for the purposes of section 38C of the Act are specified in the Second Schedule.
