Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Gas (Designated Gas Licensees, etc., under Part 7B) Notification 2025 and comes into operation on 1 July 2025.
Designated gas licensees
Each gas licensee specified in the Schedule is declared to be a designated gas licensee for the purposes of Part 7B of the Act.
