Section 10
The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322) may make rules with respect to —
(a)
proceedings and the practice and procedure of the Court under this Act; and
(b)
the fees and costs of such proceedings.
