85. Rules of Court
Feedback & supportThe Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 may make rules with respect to —
(a)
proceedings and the practice and procedure of the Court in respect of any matter under this Act; and
(b)
the fees and costs of such proceedings.
