reg 1Citation and commencement

These Rules are the Geographical Indications (Border Enforcement Measures — Fees) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 21 November 2022.

reg 2Definition

In these Rules, “seized goods” means goods that are seized by an authorised officer under section 56(4) or 67(1) of the Act.

reg 3Fees

The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Director‑General in respect of the matters set out in the first column of that Schedule.
