Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Geographical Indications (Prescribed Goods under Section 10) (Amendment) Rules 2026 and come into operation on 1 August 2026.
Amendment of rule 2
In the Geographical Indications (Prescribed Goods under Section 10) Rules 2019 (G.N. No. S 126/2019), in rule 2 —
in paragraph (n), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
after paragraph (n), insert —“(o)coffee.”.
