Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Geographical Indications (Prescribed Goods under Section 10) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Geographical Indications (Prescribed Goods under Section 10) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Prescribed goods under section 10 of Act
The following goods are prescribed goods for the purpose of section 10 of the Act:
wines;
spirits;
beers;
cheese;
meat and meat products;
seafood;
edible oils;
non‑edible oils;
fruits;
vegetables;
spices and condiments;
confectionery and baked goods;
flowers and parts of flowers;
natural gum;
coffee.
