reg 11Amendment of Part 15 of First Schedule

In the principal Notification, in the First Schedule, in Part 15, in items 3 to 7, in the second column, in paragraph (b) —

(a)

delete “(as specified in the contract)”; and

(b)

before “raised under”, insert “as specified in and”.
