In the principal Notification, in the First Schedule, in Part 6 —

(a)

in item 2, in the second column, after paragraph (f), insert —“(g)Non-Disclosure Agreements.”;

(b)

in item 3, in the second column, after paragraph (d), insert —“(e)Non-Disclosure Agreements.”;

(c)

in item 4, replace the second column with —“(a)Scholarship Agreements.
