reg 8Amendment of Part 9 of First Schedule

In the principal Notification, in the First Schedule, in Part 9 —

(a)

in item 2, replace the second column with —“All contracts.”;

(b)

in item 3, in the first column, after “Director‑General”, insert “/Deputy Director‑General/Group Director”;

(c)

after item 3A, insert —“3B.DirectorGrant Agreements not exceeding $90,000.”; and

(d)

in item 5, replace the second column with —“(a)Contracts for goods, services and construction services not exceeding $6,000.

(b)

Grant Agreements not exceeding $45,000.”.
