Section 14

Fixing of hearing of challenge

On receipt of a Notice of Challenge, the fee mentioned in section 12(1)(b) and the deposit, the Registrar must —

(a)

forward a copy of the Notice of Challenge to the contracting authority concerned;

(b)

fix a time and place for the hearing of the challenge; and

(c)

give 14 days’ notice of the hearing to the applicant and the contracting authority concerned.
