This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 15 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Second Schedule

In the Government Procurement (Application) Order 2002, in the Second Schedule, in Part 1, in item 12, replace “Presidential Council for Religious Harmony” with “Presidential Council for Racial and Religious Harmony”.
