Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2026

This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

In the Government Procurement (Application) Order 2002 (called in this Order the principal Order), in the Second Schedule, in Part 1 —

after item 8, insert —“8A.Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”; and

delete item 18.

In the principal Order, in the Second Schedule, in Part 2, delete item 18.

In the principal Order, in the Second Schedule, in Part 3 —

delete item 1; and

after item 4, insert —“4A.Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore”.

In the principal Order, in the Second Schedule, in Part 5 —

delete item 2; and

after item 7, insert —“7A.Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore”.
