Citation and commencement
This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Government Procurement (Application) Order 2002, in the Second Schedule —
in Part 4, replace item 22 with —“22.Skills and Workforce Development Agency”;
in Part 4, delete item 25;
in Part 5, replace item 30 with —“30.Skills and Workforce Development Agency”; and
in Part 5, delete item 33.
