Regulation 5
Class licence for gun owner handling with view to dispose
Unless exempt by or under section 87 or 88 of the Act and subject to section 66(1) and (2)(c) of the Act, every licensee who owns a gun (whether or not in the course of any business) and is handling the gun with a view to its destruction by —
(a)
a class licensee by virtue of paragraph 3; or
(b)
a person who is authorised under a licence to dispose guns,is subject to a class licence authorising the person to dispose of the gun.
