Employee, etc., of paragraph 13 or 14 class licensee
Every individual who is employed or engaged (whether or not as a driver or otherwise) by a person who is a class licensee by virtue of paragraph 13 or 14 to transport a relevant consignment of lower‑risk explosives consisting of less than 3 metric tonnes of any lower‑risk explosive that is not a specified lower‑risk explosive and in the circumstances described in paragraph 13 or 14, is subject to a class licence authorising the individual to do the following in the course of the individual’s employment or engagement by the class licensee:
to transport the relevant consignment of lower‑risk explosives that is not a specified lower‑risk explosive;
to be in possession of any lower‑risk explosive that is not a specified lower‑risk explosive when so transporting that relevant consignment of lower‑risk explosives.
