Regulation 21
Applications for variations of permits
Subregulation 1
The holder of a permit may apply to the Director‑General for the permit to be varied in a particular way.
Subregulation 2
The application must —
(a)
be in the form approved by the Director‑General; and
(b)
set out, or be accompanied by, any information in relation to the proposed variation that is required by the form.
