Regulation 13

Wholesale supply of CTGT products imported solely for export

For the purposes of section 14(1) of the Act, a wholesaler’s licence is not required for the supply by wholesale —

(a)

of a CTGT product imported —

(i)

under the authority of an importer’s licence; and

(ii)

solely for the purpose of export; and

(b)

in accordance with the terms and conditions of the importer’s licence.
