Regulation 22
Supply by administration of CTGT products
For the purposes of section 17(1) of the Act, and subject to regulation 17, a person must not administer or cause to be administered any CTGT product to a patient unless the person is a qualified practitioner or a person acting in accordance with the oral or written instructions of a qualified practitioner.
