Re‑labelling of unregistered Class 2 CTGT products without manufacturer’s licence
Without affecting regulation 25, a person who imports, or supplies by wholesale, any unregistered Class 2 CTGT product, at the request of a qualified practitioner for the use of a patient of the qualified practitioner, may attach a different label to that CTGT product without holding a manufacturer’s licence.
