Regulation 30
Disclosure of information on applications for registration
For the purposes of section 66(2)(d) of the Act, the Authority may disclose, for the information of the public and in the manner determined by the Authority, any particulars of applications for the registration of CTGT products which it receives that it determines, but only if the particulars to be disclosed under this regulation exclude —
(a)
any trade secret; and
(b)
any information that has commercial value that would be, or would be likely to be, diminished by the disclosure.
