Regulation 47
False notice
A person who, in relation to any notice given under regulation 4, 7, 10 or 16 (as the case may be) or 46 —
(a)
makes any statement or furnishes any document which the person knows to be false in a material particular; or
(b)
by the intentional suppression of any material fact, furnishes information which is misleading in a material particular,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
