Regulation 2

Definition and application

Subregulation 1

In these Regulations, “cosmetic product” has the meaning given in the second column of item 2 of the First Schedule to the Act.

Subregulation 2

These Regulations apply to a cosmetic product that is —

(a)

imported into Singapore solely for re‑export; or

(b)

manufactured in Singapore solely for export.
