15. Requirement for registration of oral dental gums

For the purposes of section 30(2)(a)(iii) of the Act, the Authority may register any oral dental gum if the Authority is satisfied, based on the formulation and specifications of the oral dental gum, that the oral dental gum is safe for its intended use.
